immense energy

Daily, we waste extraordinary mental energy on anxieties, future concerns, past negativity, and self-absorbed thinking. Even in relative peace, the slow drone of routine and rigid work gradually drains us of vitality leading to mechanistic living and unchallenged conformity. We establish a fixed framework of self-image and call it individuality, unaware its very foundation is conflict. Please do not take my words to be true- be skeptical and go into it yourself, deeply. When one truly observes the amount of energy senselessly discarded throughout the day, there is an immediate shift in perception. The whole structure, which we have built and learned, is completely our responsibility. The dissolution of it through careful observation and disciplined attention is the end of conflict.
