as it is

When we look at our problems, whether in the workplace or internally, we often judge and react to them immediately and mechanically as we have learned to react to other problems in the past. It is this reactivity, this quality of automatic thinking, which perpetuates our perceived suffering and keeps us feeling stuck. Is there a way that we could see these problems not by our own definitions or based upon past perception, but completely free of our interpretation? To look fully as it is, without fixating on specific aspects and emotions that spark images of the past we wish to avoid. Without using words to describe the problem, one can go beyond it. It requires great attention to see it without stepping into the quicksand of past reactions. If one sees the actual nature of this process, they will not only be liberated from the specific issue but also realize that each one we have created ourselves.
